All volunteers are required to hold a current Working With Children Check (if aged 18 years and over) nominating the church as an organisation they volunteer with, whether working directly with children or not.

The Cafe Team or Food Pantry is required to comply with Australian food safety laws and standards to ensure he food we provide is safe to eat and free of any contamination.
To ensure everyone understands these food safety laws and standards, we require all Food Pantry voluneers to hold a Food Handlers Certificate.
If you do not have a Certificate then you can undertake the free online program "DoFoodSafely" provided by the Department of Health Victoria. DoFoodSafely is designed to enable you to understand how to safely work with, and handle food. Click here to access the free online program.
Once you have obtained a Food Handlers Certificate, please upload it to our secure Dropbox - click here.
